Tracey Gray
Tracey is passionate about working with leaders and their teams to turn the complex into the simple. She has more than 20 years’ experience working at Board level in FTSE100, FTSE250 and Private Equity-backed businesses, working at the centre of major change programmes, mergers and acquisitions, new Board composition, and complex restructures. She is dedicated to acknowledging and creating a safe space for leaders and teams to see where they are; to courageously deal with the tough stuff, and to work with them on creating a healthy, balanced and sustainable environment. Tracey applies a creative approach focusing on the needs of each unique situation, partnering with leaders to ignite them, their teams and their businesses to be the best they can be. Her approach is centred around building value, helping people and businesses to grow, and positively impacting the top and bottom lines.
