Richard Barrett Richard Barrett is an international consultant in the field of vision-guided, values-driven cultural transformation. Joan Shafer Joan's areas of expertise include implementing cultural transformation, leadership coaching, training, and the facilitation of workshops in areas such as team cohesion, personal transformation and values alignment. She is an expert in the development of new values assessment tools and responsible for the development and implementation of the Corporate Transformation Tools Consultant's Training Programmes. Joan is also a Senior Partner at Richard Barrett and Associates. Dirk Johannes Spangenberg Dirk has over 25 years experience as an International Management Consultant and is based in Holland. He studied Social Science at University of Utrecht and is also a graduate of Management Consultancy from University of Amsterdam. In addition, he also studied Carl Gustav Jung's work for 3 years at Odrerir Amstelveen.
